One year ago, First Quarter Vibrations formed a collective.  We were six female artists, from diverse cultural backgrounds, living into Toronto, and pursing careers in various creative fields. We came together in hopes of creating a support system and safe space for artistic expression. Throughout that journey, we found ourselves dealing with issues in our personal lives, struggles with mental health issues, career barriers, societal pressures...the list goes on! Having our collective helped us realize we were not alone. In fact, we realized we could help each other overcome challenges. Our discussions help us open dialogue on important issues and discover self-care techniques, wellness rituals, and spiritual support. This podcast was created in order to extend these discussions to other artists and creative individuals going through similar situations. We encourage new perspectives and welcome you to our community.
